Partner Terms

1. What this is about

You recommend the online program of quit-smoking-weed.com. For every paying customer who comes to us through your code or your link, you earn a commission. Your contract partner is Sven Friedrich, Breslauer Strasse 28, 35398 Giessen, Germany (“we”).

2. Attribution

A purchase is credited to you when the customer enters your personal code or buys through your link. The code gives the customer no discount. It is only used for attribution. The attribution lasts for the whole time this customer’s subscription runs. If a customer buys without a code or link, you get no commission, also not afterwards.

3. Commission

You earn 50 percent of the price the customer actually pays, for every paid invoice, as long as the subscription runs. At 49 USD per month this is 24.50 USD. The commission is a gross amount. If taxes apply to it, they are already included.

4. When the commission is yours

A commission is released only after the 14-day money-back guarantee has ended. If the payment is refunded or reversed (refund, chargeback or dispute), the matching commission is cancelled. If it has already been paid out, we deduct it from your next payout.

5. Payout

We pay out your released balance once a month, by hand. We pay by bank transfer or PayPal to the payment details you send us by email. You can see your statement in your partner account at any time. You are responsible for the tax treatment of your commission. On request we issue a credit note.

6. What is not allowed

• Buying for yourself, and purchases by family members, people in your household or people close to you, using your code (self-purchase is blocked).
• Purchases with stolen or obtained payment details, and automated or faked purchases.
• Promises of a cure or guaranteed results. We do not promise a cure and you must not either. The program does not replace therapy or medical treatment.
• False statements about price, content or the money-back guarantee, and any claim that is not on our sales page.
• Advertising without a clear label. You must mark every recommendation clearly as advertising or as an ad (for example “ad” or “paid partnership”), as the rules in your country require.
• Spam, misleading ads, or using our brand name as a keyword in paid advertising.
• Anything that puts our name, logo or brand in a false light. You may only use our materials in the form we give them to you.

7. Our rights

We may hold back commissions while we check a suspected violation. If you violate these terms, we may block you and cancel commissions that have not been paid out yet. We may change or deactivate your code at any time, without losing commissions that have already been released.

8. Your responsibility for your advertising

You are responsible for your own advertising. If you break section 6 and we are warned or held liable because of it, you must compensate the damage we have.

9. Data

In your partner account you only see numbers (purchases, customers, commission), but no names or addresses of our customers. You must not ask us for customer data and must not collect customer data yourself. We process your data for the payout as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Term and end

The agreement runs for an unlimited time. Both sides can end it at any time with 14 days’ notice in writing (email is enough). We pay out commissions that are already released. For customers you referred before the end, you keep earning commission as long as their subscription runs.

11. Final provisions

German law applies. We may change these terms with 14 days’ notice. If you do not object, the new version applies.
