Right of withdrawal

This information applies if you are a consumer and live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Consumers in other countries may have similar rights under their local law.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sven Friedrich, Breslauer Strasse 28, 35398 Giessen, Germany, phone +4915679765397, email [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the provision of the service or the supply of digital content begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early loss of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal also ends for a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if we have begun to perform the contract after you expressly consented to us beginning before the withdrawal period expired, and you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have begun. You give this consent and confirmation at purchase with the checkbox. We confirm both to you by email afterwards.

Guarantee, separate from withdrawal

Apart from your statutory right of withdrawal, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee applies (see Terms and Conditions, section 8.3, and our Refund Policy). It stays in place even if your right of withdrawal has ended.
