If the Cannabis Detox Program isn’t right for you, send us an email within 14 days of your first purchase. You get the full amount back, no reason needed.

How to ask for your refund

1. Write an email to [email protected] within 14 days of your first purchase.

2. Use the email address you bought with, so we can find your order. You do not have to give a reason.

3. We refund the full amount to the payment method you originally used. When the money shows up on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. When we refund your payment, your access to the member area ends.

Cancelling is a separate step

Asking for a refund and cancelling are two different things. A refund request within the first 14 days gets your money back. You can also cancel your subscription at any time, with no notice period. Every email we send you after your purchase contains a cancellation link. After you cancel, your access stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Cancelling alone does not refund a payment you have already made. If you want your money back within the 14 days, send us the email described above.

Good to know

The guarantee is a voluntary promise from us. It applies once per person and not in cases of obvious abuse. It does not limit any rights you have by law.

If you have a problem with a payment, please email us first before you ask your bank for a chargeback. We would like to solve it with you.

Your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK is a separate matter. You can read about it, and find the model withdrawal form, on our Right of Withdrawal page. The guarantee stays in place even if that right has ended.
